Your gift cards can be used towards a future stay, discount tickets we sell in our office or common items/souvenirs we have for sale. |
| 3. All winners will be notified by phone, email and/or direct mail. |
| 4. A gift certificate will be sent by mail which must be presented at check-in when redeeming certificate. |
| 5. We will show acknowledgement to our winners on our website. Winners may be required to sign a written authorization form allowing us to post their name & location on our website. No private and/or personal information will be used. |
| 6. The promotional vacation giveaway and/or gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. |
| 7. Your certificate will be valid for one year from the date issued expiring December 1, 2009. |
| 8. Your gift certificate will be valid anytime excluding peak season & holiday times (including Valentine’s weekend) and entitles you to a one or two bedroom cabin. At management’s discretion and for additional costs, cabin size may be upgraded to three bedroom and larger. |
| 9. Your certificate is non-transferable unless approved my management in advance. |
| 10. You must be 21 years of age or older to win. |
| 11. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. |
| 12. Winner must present a valid credit card & driver’s license upon check-in. The credit card number is held in case of damages. Your card is not charged unless damages occur during your stay. |
| 13. You may only enter to win ONCE per day. Only one entry will count if a person submits more than one entry per day. |
